V.1.03 Fixes

Version 1.03 fixes the following issues.

• The fielder would throw the ball wildly when trying to throw out a runner attempting to steal a base if the pitcher did not pitch first.
• A runner attempting to steal a base while the batter gets hit with a beanball would continue running after the play ended.
• A caught out when there are other players on base, but aren't attempting to advance would not continue to the next play.
